Abstract | 「要旨」2検出器ガンマカメラ(PRISM-2000XP)を用いて小視野用ピンホールSPECT装置を開発し, その性能評価を行った. 構造は2個の鉛製ピンホールインサートを同一のユニットに固定し, それを検出器とは独立させてガントリーに固定する方式を取った. ピンホール径は1mmで, 回転半径が40mm(Type-I)と50mm(Type-II)の2種類を作成した. SPECT視野(FOV)と拡大率は, Type-Iで45.8mmφと4.25倍, Type-IIで57.4mmφと3.40倍に設計した. 99mTcのライン線源によって空間分解能を測定した結果, 中心スライスの視野中心付近で1.65mm FWHM(Type-I)と1.91mm FWHM(Type-II)であった. 円柱ファントムで感度を測定した結果, 2検出器の視野全体で8.54kcps/MBq/ml(Type-I)と5.68kcps/MBq/ml(Type-II)であった. 分解能ファントムでの評価では, Type-Iを用いて1.2mmφのコールドスポットが観測可能であった. 本システムは小動物などのSPECT測定に適した装置であると考えられた. |

Abstract | We developed a high-resolution pinhole SPECT system using dual-head gamma camera (PRISM-2000XP) for small animal, and evaluated the performance of this system. Two pinhole-inserts (Pb) were mounted on the same unit, and it was not attached to the detector but the gantry of gamma camera. We designed two kinds of pinhole collimators with different rotating radii, 40mm (Type-I) and 50mm (Type-II). The diameter of the pinhole is 1mm for both types. The field of view (FOV) and magnification were 45.8mmφ and 4.25 for Type-I, 57.4mmφ and 3.40 for Type-II, respectively. We measured full width at half maximum (FWHM) of line spread function using a 99mTc line source. Measured FWHM values were 1.65mm using Type-I and 1.91mm using Type-II at the center of FOV in the center slice. The volume sensitivity of this system was 8.54kcps/MBq/ml (Type-I) and 5.68kcps/MBq/ml (Type-II). We could observed 1.2mmφ cold spot in the resolution phantom using Type-I. In conclusion, this system is available for SPECT measurement of small animal studies. |
