| Abstract | 「要旨」甲状腺髄様癌を疑って60歳の男性に99mTc(V)-DMSAシンチグラフィを行ったところ, 両側の乳房に集積を認めた. この集積は, 薬剤投与による女性化乳房のためと考えられた. 99mTc(V)-DMSAの乳房への集積は, 正常乳房, 乳腺の線維性異形成での報告がある. また乳癌の転移巣への99mTc(V)-DMSAの集積が報告されているが, 女性化乳房への集積は調べた範囲ではなく, 今回, 集積を認めた症例を経験したので報告した. 「I. はじめに」99mTc(V)-DMSAは日本で開発された放射性医薬品で, 甲状腺髄様癌, 軟部組織腫瘍などの, 腫瘍に集積することが報告されている. 今回99mTc(V)-DMSAが男性患者の両側の女性化乳房に集積した症例を経験したので報告する. 「II. 症例」症例:60歳, 男性 主訴:高CEA血症(19.2ng/ml)の精査希望 既往歴:57歳から糖尿病でグリクラジドを内服中, 59歳から肥大型心筋症でフロセミド, ジゴキシン, スピノロラクトンを内服中である. |

| Abstract | The accumulation of 99mTc(V)-DMSA in bilateral breasts was recognized in a 60-year-old male with drug-induced gynecomastia. There are some reports describing 99mTc(V)-DMSA accumulation in normal female breasts, fibrous dysplasia of the breast and metastatic lesions of breast carcinoma, but to my knowledge, there have been no reports describing 99mTc(V)-DMSA accumulation in gynecomastia. |
