Abstract | 「要旨」慢性気管支喘息における気道の炎症性変化を捉える指標として67Gaシンチグラフィを用いた. 67Gaシンチグラフィでは, 17例中6例(35.3%)で肺野に異常集積を認めた. 同時期に施行された81mKr換気シンチグラフィでの欠損部位と67Ga集積部位の一致したものは, 6例中5例において認められた. 経時的に経過を追った症例では, 常に換気障害を認めている部位で, 67Gaの異常集積を認めた. 67Gaシンチグラフィは, 慢性気管支喘息における気道の炎症性変化を捉える指標の1つとなりうることが予想された. 「I. はじめに」現在では, 気管支喘息の概念は, 広範かつ種々の程度の気道閉塞と気道の炎症として捉えられている. 気道の炎症性変化を捉えるために気管支肺胞洗浄法(BAL)や気管支鏡検査などが有用であり, 過去にも気管支喘息との関係について多くの報告がある. これらの検査は, 気道の炎症性変化を定量的に捉えうるが, 日常診療に用いるには, 侵襲性が強い. |

Abstract | [Summary]67Ga scintigraphy was performed in 17 patients with chronic bronchial asthma to grasp the inflammatory change of respiratory tract. On 67Ga scintigraphy, abnormal accumulations were detected on lung fields in 6cases(35.3%)of 17cases. In 5 cases of these 6 cases, the defect areas which were pointed out on 81mKr ventilation scintigraphy were matched to the abnormal accumulation areas which were pointed out on 67Ga scintigraphy. In dynamics, the abnormal accumulation areas which were pointed out on 67Ga scintigraphy were matched to the defect areas which had been at all times pointed out on 81mKr ventilation scintigraphy. 67Ga scintigraphy was expected to be one of index to grasp the inflammatory change of respiratory tract in patients with chronic bronchial asthma. |
