| Abstract | 「要旨」 消化管疾患や肝胆道疾患に対し, 比較的ルーチンに行われている検査, 時にしか行われないが非常に役立つ検査, さらに, やや特殊な方法ではあるが興味深い検査などをあげた. ほかの形態学的画像診断法と比べ, 核医学検査には機能的異常の検索や病態生理学的情報の提供という面で期待されていることを強調した. 「I. はじめに」消化器疾患に対する核医学検査は歴史的に種々のものが報告されており, そのいくつかは疾患の診断や病態把握の上で非常に大切な情報を提供する. ただし, それらに用いられる放射性薬剤の入手の困難さや手技的な煩わしさからルーチン検査として必ずしも普及していないものも多い. 以下に消化管疾患や肝胆道疾患に対し, 比較的ルーチンに行われている検査, 時にしか行われないが非常に役立つ検査, さらに, やや特殊な方法ではあるが興味深い検査などをあげる. |

| Abstract | Radionuclide studies for gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary diseases were presented. Some are routinely done, but others are rarely done due to complicated technique. For the evaluation of functional abnormalities in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary diseases, an important role of the radionuclide studies was discussed. |
