| Abstract | 「要旨」99mTc-Pertechnetateは, 甲状腺, 唾液腺シンチグラフィとして使用されているが, 腫瘍シンチグラフィとしての報告は少ない. 今回99mTc-pertechnetateシンチグラフィが67Ga-citrateによる腫瘍シンチグラフィに比べ有用であった3例の軟部腫瘍(schwannoma, neurofibromatosis, MFH)を経験した. 3例ともに99mTc-pertechnetateシンチグラフィは病変部のコントラストが良好であり, 67Ga-citrateによる腫瘍シンチグラフィで異常集積を認めなかった1例においても, 病変部を明瞭に描出可能であった. 99mTc-pertechnetateシンチグラフィは軟部腫瘍において腫瘍シンチグラフィとして有用である可能性が示唆された. 「I. はじめに」99mTc-pertechnetateは, 正常組織では甲状腺, 唾液腺, 胃粘膜, 腎臓等に集積を認め, 甲状腺シンチグラフィや胃粘膜シンチグラフィなどで利用されているが, 腫瘍シンチグラフィとしての報告は少ない. 今回われわれは, 99mTc-pertechnetateシンチグラフィを3例の軟部腫瘍に行い, 全例に良好な腫瘍の描出を認めたため, 67Ga-citrateによる腫瘍シンチグラフィ, MRIの所見と対比し, その腫瘍シンチグラフィとしての有用性について検討を行った. |

| Abstract | [Summary] Three soft tissue tumors were studied with 99mTc-pertechnetate scintigraphy, 67Ga-Citrate scintigraphy and MRI. These tumors included schwannoma, neurofibromatosis and malignant fibrous histocytoma. On 99mTc-pertechnetate scintigram all patients showed more increased accumulation corresponding to the tumor than on 67Ga-Citrate Scintigram. In conclusion, 99mTc-pertechnetate scintigraphy may be useful in detection of soft tissue tumors. |
