Abstract「要旨」心筋血流シンチグラム用放射性医薬品として新しく開発された99mTc-SQ-30,217 (SQ) を使用し, 冠動脈造影において確診された6例の虚血性心疾患を対象として, その有用性について検討した. 6例, 11対のSQシンチグラムと201Tlシンチグラムの欠損描出能を5名の医師によって視覚的に評価した結果, 一部の区域を除いてほぼ同等の成績が得られた. SQでは肝のイメージが下壁の評価に支障を来すと考えられるが, 今回の下壁梗塞は比較的大きく, 読影の妨げとはならなかった. 以上より, SQは心筋梗塞例の心筋血流評価に有用な放射性医薬品と思われる. 「I. はじめに」心筋血流シンチグラフィには, K類似体である201Tlが用いられているが, 半減期, エネルギーの点から, 最適の核種といえず99mTc-標識剤による心筋シンチグラフィ用放射性医薬品の開発が望まれていた.

Abstract[Summary] A comparative study of myocardial scintigraphy with 99mTc-SQ-30217 (SQ) and 201Tl was performed in 6 patients having ischemic heart diseases which were confirmed by the coronary angiography. The SQ study was done 1 week after the 201Tl study. Both studies were performed in exercise and resting state. Degree of perfusion defect was compared between SQ and 201Tl SPECT by means of scoring 0-2 (0 : no defect, 1 : equivocal, 2 : definite defect) by five doctors (two physicians and three radiologists). Ability of this agent to detect the ischemic lesions was similar to that of 201Tl except for two regions. Effect of the liver image on the evaluation of the inferior wall of the left ventricle was small on this study, although the hepatic accumulation of the tracer was prominent. This agent is a promising tracer for the evaluation of myocardial perfusion in the cases with myocardial infarction.
