| Abstract | 「要旨」悪性黒色腫の患者に原発巣や転移巣の検索のため123I-IMPシンチグラフィを施行したところ, 化学療法により骨髄機能が抑制されている時期の後期像で骨髄が描出された. 末梢血検査では骨髄は低形成状態にあると考えられた. 123I-IMPシンチグラフィによる骨髄描出は骨髄機能を反映している可能性が考えられるが, それに伴い123I-IMP代謝物は徐々に骨髄に集積した機序も考慮に入れる必要があると考えられた. 「I. 緒言」脳血流イメージ剤であるN-isopropyl-p-[123I]-iodoamphetamine(123I-IMP)は, 脳血管障害やてんかんなどの神経疾患だけでなく, 悪性黒色腫の原発巣およびその転移巣の検索にも用いられている. 今回われわれは悪性黒色腫患者について123I-IMPによる全身シンチグラフィを経時的に施行したところ, 化学療法終了時に, 123I-IMPの後期像において骨髄の描出が認められたので報告する. |

| Abstract | To detect the metastatic lesions, N-isopropyl-p-[123I]-iodoamphetamine (123I-IMP) scintigraphy was performed serially before, during and after the chemotherapy in a patient with malignant melanoma. The accumulation of 123I-IMP in the bone marrow was observed immediately after the chemotherapy, when the peripheral blood examination indicated the suppression of bone marrow function. Thereafter, the accumulation of 123I-IMP in the bone marrow disappeared in association with the improvement of blood pictures. Although the exact reason for the mechanism of the accumulation is not clear, this finding might be interesting in the evaluation of the bone marrow function by the chemotherapy. |
