| Abstract | 「要旨」Tl-201心筋シンチグラフィにおいてミニコンピュータにより心臓の重心を原点とした極座標を使い自動化したBull's-eye表示を試みたので報告する. 信号雑音比(signal to noise ratio, S/N)を改善すること, 呼吸や心臓の壁の動きから生ずる誤差を減らすことを目的として, 単位立体角内のRI集積の積分値を用い心筋の各部位での集積を評価した. 臨床症状, 心電図(ECG), 超音波(US), 心血管造影(CAG), 血清酵素の総合所見を参考にして, 従来のBull's-eyeと比較した. sensitivityは88.9%から95.1%と, specificityは34.5%から81.5%と, accuracyは67.6%から89.7%と改善された. 180°方向を表示するために, みかけ上の欠損が狭く表現されるものの, 自動化することにより, 検者間の結果に差がなくなり, 心尖部と下後壁近傍の異常も明確に診断することが可能になった. |

| Abstract | An automated analysis of Bull's-eye functional maps of the stress and redistribution myocardial Tl-201 is described. Integral counts in a unit solid angle were calculated in a polar coordinate system with an origin at the center of the left ventricle, instead of short axis-slices being plotted on a maximum count per pixel basis. With the integration of the counts, consequences from apparent spread of the distribution in SPECT, due to respiratory excursions and contracting motions of the heart could be minimized. With this automated method, regions with decreased accumulation could be delineated clear and diagnosed regardless of operators. |
