Abstract「要旨」心膜疾患の報告は超音波・X線CTによるものはみうけられるが, 心臓核医学的な報告はまれである. 本症例は前記の検査のほか, 心臓カテーテルや既往歴・家族歴より結核性の収縮性心外膜炎と考えられるが, 99mTc心断層像において, 左室周囲に特異な欠損部位を示したので報告するとともに, 心膜疾患における99mTc心断層法の有用性を確認した. 「I. はじめに」 心臓核医学の発達に伴い, 虚血性心疾患のviabilityの同定や心機能の解析は数々の報告をみるが, 心膜や心のう液などの心筋周囲の疾患に関する報告は症例が限られることもあり, 特に核医学の分野では少ない. われわれは収縮性心外膜炎に起因すると考えられる興味ある所見を核医学的に得たので, 若干の考察を加えて報告する.

Abstract[Summary] Pericardial diseases were mainly studied by ultrasound cardiography and CT. And there are few reports about the application of SPECT on pericardial diseases. Recently we experienced a case with pericardial diseases diagnosed clearly using SPECT method. This case was considered tuberculous constrictive pericarditis by the conventional methods. A specific cold area surrounding left ventricle was an important finding for the diagnosis of pericardial disease.
