| Abstract | 「要旨」腎結核症94例(116腎)にIVPと99mTc-DMS腎シンチグラフィーを行い, 腎イメージを5つの型に分類した. そして, Laffimerの分類と腎イメージ上の相関性をもとめた. その結果, IVPでは推測できないほどの腎実質病変が腎イメージで認められ, 99mTc-DMSによる腎シンチグラフィーが腎結核症の腎実質の変化を知る上できわめて有用であることがわかった. 「I. 緒言」腎結核症の腎病巣診断は一般的に排泄性腎盂撮影(IVP)の所見より, 主として尿路腔と腎杯の変化から腎の病変部位および程度が診断されている. しかし, 腎実質の変化はIVPの腎影から十分把握できないことが多い. そこで, 腎実質を描出することができる腎シンチグラフィーを99mTc-dimercaptosuccinate(99mTc-DMS)によって行い, IVPと比較して, 腎イメージの病巣診断としての有用性を検討した. |

| Abstract | [Summary]IVP and renal scintigraphy with Tc-99m-DMS were performed on 94 cases of renal T. B. (116 kidneys), renal images obtained being classified into 5 types. Possible correlation was also determined between the Lattimer's classification and renal images. The result was that renal images revealed those parenchymal lesions which could not be supporsed by IVP alone, suggesting the exceeding usefulness of renal scintigraphy with Tc-99m-DMS in the detection of parenchymal alterations in renal T.B. |
