Abstract「要旨」: 成熟雄ラットの左尿管を結紮後30分, 3時間, 6時間, 2日, 7日に左右大腿静脈より99mTc-DTPA 7μCi, 131I-OIH 3μCiをそれぞれ注入し, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30分後に尾静脈より採血して, RIの血中消失率を求めた. 採血後ただちにと殺し, 両腎, 膀胱を摘出し, カウント数を測定した. コントロール群に対しても同様に行った. コントロール群では, 腎尿路系の排泄は131I-OIHでは投与量の63.4±9.6%, 99mTc-DTPAでは43.8±8.6%であった. 閉塞群では, 両核種とも障害側からのRI排泄は低下しており, 閉塞時間が長くなるにつれて低下の程度は著明となった. コントロール群の血中消失率は, 131I-OIHでは2.53±0.42 (ml/min/100g) , 99mTc-DTPAでは1.96±0.50 (ml/min/100g) であった. 閉塞群の場合, 99mTc-DTPAでは閉塞時間が長くなるにつれて血中消失率は次第に減少したが, 131I-OIHでは閉塞3時間で一度増加し, その後減少した. 左右腎からの排泄比によって血中消失率を分配することによって分腎機能を求め, さらに濾過率を求めたところ, 閉塞側では, 閉塞時間が長くなるにつれ濾過率が低下するに対し, 健側では増加して代償機構を示唆した. 以上, 分腎機能の評価にはERPF, GFR物質の両方による検討が必要と思われた.

Abstract[Summary] : The split renal function was measured in order to evaluate the alteration of renal function secondary from the urinary obstruction. Three microcuries of 131I-OIH and 7μCi of 99mTc-DTPA were injected into the femoral veins of adult male rats (B. W. 274+-60 g) 30 min, 3 hr, 6 hr, 2 days and 1 week after the ligation of the left ureter. Blood samples were taken from the tail vein 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 min. after the radionuclide injection. Immediately after taking blood sample at 30 min. both kidneys and urinary bladder with ureters were taken. The radioactivities of 99mTc and 131I of these samples were measured respectively using a well type scintillation counter at the energy ranges of 140 KeV+-25% and 360 KeV+-25%. In the control group, 63.4% of given dose of 131I-OIH and 43.8% of given dose of 99mTc-DTPA were excreted into the urinary tract 30 min after the injection. In the urinary obstructive group, the excretions of them into the urinary tract were decreased after the ligation of the ureter. In the control group, the blood clearances of 131I-OIH and 99mTc-DTPA showed the values of 2.53 (ml/min/100 g) and 1.96 (ml/min/100 g) , respectively. The blood clearance of 99mTc-DTPA was more markedly decreased than that of 131I-OIH with the passage of time after the ligation of the ureter. Therefore, the filtration fraction obtained by dividing the clearance of 99mTc-DTPA by that of 131I-OIH was decreased at the obstruction side and increased at the contralateral normal side. It is necessary that the study using both 99mTc-DTPA and 131I-OIH should be performed in order to evaluate the alteration of the split renal function secondary from urinary obstruction.
