| Abstract | 「要旨」 1977年11月より1981年12月までの4年2か月間に, 宮崎医科大学附属病院にて行われたガリウムシンチグラフィ781例を対象として, 腎集積の頻度および集積度と腎病変の有無について検討した. 腎集積の程度を椎体への67Ga集積程度と比較し, GradeOよりGradeIIIまでの4段階に分類した. 腎集積は781例中109例14%にみられ, GradeIは85例, GradeIIは16例, GradeIIIは8例であった. GradeIの症例は全例腎病変はみられず, GradeIIでは25% (腎孟腎炎3例, 水腎症1例) , GradeIIIでは75% (水腎症3例, 骨髄腫および白血病による腎障害各1例, 腎癌1例) に腎病変がみられ, 腎集積度が高いほど腎病変を有するものが多かった. GradeII, IIIにおいて腎病変がみられなかった14例のうち, 基礎疾患として肝硬変が比較的多かった. |

| Abstract | [Summary] Seven-Hundred eighty-one patients having 67Ga scintigraphy were reviewed retrospectivery to evaluate renal accumulation of 67Ga-citrate. Renal accumulation was classified into 4 Grade (Grade O, I, II, III) , comparing with vertebral activity. Renal accumulation was observed in 109 out of 781 cases (Grade I ; 85 cases, Grade II ; 16 cases, Grade III ; 8 cases) . No clinical evidence of renal disorder was observed in 85 cases with Grade I renal accumulation. In 16 cases with Grade II renal accumulation, renal disorder was found in 4 cases (25%) , which were pyelonephritis in 3 cases and hydronephrosis in 1 case. In 8 cases with Grade III renal accumulation, renal disorder was found in 6 cases (75%) , which were hydronephrosis in 3 cases, myeloma kidney in 1 case, leukemic cell infiltration in 1 case and renal cell carcinoma in 1 case. Renal disorder was not found in 14 cases with Grade II and III renal accumulation, and in their cases liver cirrhosis encountered frequenthy. This study suggest that rate of renal disorder became higher in proportion to renal accumulation of 67Ga-citrate. |
