Abstract「要旨」131I-Hippuranによるrenogramを平行コリメーター装着ガンマーカメラで描かせ, 体格から推定した腎の深さの補正を行った1〜2分値を投与量に対する百分率で求めた. また注射後30分の尿中排泄率を採尿法とカメラ法(膀胱部の体外測定)とで求めた. 膀胱の深さの補正により, カメラ法は十分信頼しうることがわかった. Renogramの1〜2分値(%)と30分尿中排泄率(%)とは相関を示し, これらからERPFが推定できるとして, その換算式を示した. また膀胱部にガンマーカウンターをおき, Cystogramを描かせ, 1分ごとの計数値を25分値から差引いた値を片対数グラフにプロットし, 時間的減衰曲線e-kのk値を求めた. このk値もERPFと相関がある.

Abstract131I-Hippuran renogram was obtained by the use of a gamma camera with a parallel hole collimator and the first 1-2 minute counts were expressed as percent of counts injected after the depth correction was made. This uptake rate (%) correlates closely with 30 minute urinary excretion rate (%) which can be used to calculate ERPF. 30 minute excretion rate in the bladder by external counting (gamma camera) method showed a good correlation with the rate by urine sampling method, when the correction of bladder depth was made. Therefore, ERPF can be easily estimated from 1-2 minute rate on renogram or 30 minute excretion rate in the bladder by the use of a gamma camera. Coefficient k derived from the accumulation curve (cystogram) on the bladder also showed a correlation with ERPF.
