Abstract | 「要旨」 シンチカメラとオンラインで直結されたデータ処理装置を用いて99mTc-pyridoxyl-5-methyltryptophan (99mTc-PMT) ヘパトグラム, 99mTc-phytate肝集積曲線および両者の心臓部消失曲線に対し, 曲線回帰法による各種パラメータ算出のプログラムを開発, 従来の作図法による解析と比較した. 対象は肝機能検査正常者5例で, 99mTc-PMT肝排泄率と99mTc-phytate肝集積率では作図法と曲線回帰法による結果がよく一致したが, 99mTc-PMT肝摂取率では両者に有意の差が認められた (p < 0.05). 一方, 曲線回帰法により求められた理論曲線が計測曲線に対し優れた適合性を示したことから, 曲線回帰法の方がより精度の高い方法と考えられた. したがって, 曲線回帰法による肝RI動態曲線の解析は容易, 迅速かつ正確で, 臨床上きわめて有用と考えられた. |

Abstract | [Summary] A new analytical method using nonlinear regression analysis was developed for the time-activity curves associated with the liver such as 99mTc-pyridoxyl-5-methyltryptophan (99mTc-PMT) hepatogram, 99mTc-phytate hepatic accumulation curve and disappearance curve in the heart. The time-activity curves were obtained by sequential images of scintillation camera equipped with computer system. The curves from 5 patients without liver diseases were analyzed both by conventional graphical method and nonlinear regression method. The reliability of nonlinear regression analysis was ensured by the good fit of the theoretical models to the every measured curves. In 99mTc-PMT hepatogram, hepatic uptake rates were significantly different in graphical and nonlinear regression methods (p < 0.05). Therefore it is considered that nonlinear regression analysis is a easy, rapid and accurate method for estimating parameters in the time-activity curves associated with the liver. |
