Abstract「緒言」 Tc 99m-MAAを利用した肺血流像をデジタル化, DPI (digital perfusion images) による僧帽弁狭窄症患者の肺血流像を検討した. 「方法」 東京女子医科大学心臓血圧研究所に僧弁狭窄症のために入院, 精査加療中の患者を対象として, 核医学的検査は東京女子医科大学放射線科で以下の手順で行なった. 患者を坐位の状態とし, 10mCi Tc 99m-MAAを20秒間かけて, 呼吸周期, 心周期の影響を除いて, 静注, その後安静呼吸状態でPho/Gamma IV (Searle) に平行コリメーターをつけて, データーを20秒間で収録, 処理はVaricam system (Varian, 64×64 matrix, 9-points smoothing, 10 isocount contours) で行ないCRT上に画像を得た.

Abstract[Summary] DPI (Digital perfusion images) were introduced to classify the patients with mitral stenosis and to estimate the distribution of pulmonary blood flow Right lateral perfusion images (r-DPI) proved to show variety of patterns and seemed to be one of the best projections for this purpose. By using r-DPI the patient were tentatively classified into 8 types. The possibility of DPI for estimating the pulmonary hemodynamics of the patients with mitral stenosis were also expected.
