Abstract「要旨」肝・ 胆道系検査用の99mTc標識製剤である99mTc-diethyl-acetanilidoiminodiacetate (99mTc-diethyl-IDA) の有用性を評価する目的で, 基礎的ならびに臨床的検討を行なった. その結果, 以下に述べるごとき成績が得られた. (1) 本製剤の放射化学的純度および安定性は十分に満足できた. (2) 24時間尿中排泄率は正常例で7.5±0.9%と算出された. (3) 心ヒストグラム第2相の半減時間は正常例で24.3±3.7分と算出された. (4) 肝ヒストグラムのピーク時間は, 正常例で10.3±1.3分となり, 正常例, 血清ビリルビン値1.0 mg/dl以下および1.1〜3.1 mg/dlの疾患例の3症例群の間でよく分離した値を示した. (5) 肝影描出は血清ビリルビン値7.4 mg/dl以下で明瞭に, また15.9 mg/dlでも認められた. 上述の成績から, 本製剤は, 従来の99mTc標識製剤と比べ尿中排泄率が非常に低く, また, 肝での摂取, 排泄能がやや高いと考察でき, 従って肝・胆道系機能を診断する上にも有用であろう.

Abstract[Summary] : A new 99mTc-labeled hepatobiliary agent 99mTc-dienhyl-acetanilidoiminodiacetate (99mTc-diethyl-IDA) was examined by the basic and clinical procedures in order to evaluate its usefulness. 1) Radiochemical purity and stability of the agent immediately or 6hr after preparation and in the urine of parient with hepatobiliary disease were significantly satisfactory. 2) Cumulative urinary excretion of the agent in the 24hr was estimated to be 7.5+-0.9% in normal subjects. 3) Half time of the second component of the cardiac histogram was estimated to be 24.3+-3.7 min. in normal subjects. 4) Peak time of the hepatic histogram was estimated to be 10.3+-1.3 min. in normal subjects and showed significantly separate values between 3 groupes of normal subjects, patients with hepatobiliary disease revealing serum bilirubin levels of less than 1.0 mg/dl and of 1.1 to 3.1 mg/dl. 5) Hepatic image were able to be obtained apparently at serum levels up to 7.4 mg/dl and significantly even at the levels of 15.9 mg/dl. Consequently the agent was evaluated to be very low in urinary excretion and somewhat high in ability of the hepatic uptake and excretion in comparison with other 99mTc-labeled hepatobiliary agents. Then, the agent seems to be useful not only for morphological but also for functional diagnosis of hepatobiliary system.
