Abstract | 「要旨」201TlClによる乳腺シンチグラフィーにより, 乳癌原発巣の描出を試みた. 乳癌の頭蓋骨転移巣の検出に, 99mTc-EHDPによる骨シンチグラムよりも, 201TlClを用いたシンチグラムで明瞭に描出されたことが契機となった. 乳腺腫瘍患者22例に乳腺シンチグラフィーを施行し, 乳癌15例中12例に陽性描画を認め, 良性腫瘍では7例中1例のみに陽性描画を認め, 両者の間に明らかにRI集積の差がみられた. マンモグラフィーや超音波診断のごとき精診度は期待できないが, 検査の簡便なことと高度な読影能力を必要としないことから, 乳癌補助診断法の一つとなりうる. また201TlClの腫瘍への集積機序を解明する上にも, 乳癌に集積のみられたことは興味あることと考える. |

Abstract | [Summary] Scintigraphy using Thallous chloride-201Tl (201TlCl) was performed for the detection of the breast cancer in 22 patients. In the scintigraphic images of 15 cases of the breast cancers, accumulations of the activity were detected corresponding to the mass as for 12 cases (9 infiltrating medullary adenocarcinomas, 1 infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma, 1 mucinous carcinoma and 1 scirrhous carcinoma) and no accumulation for 3 cases (scirrhous adenocarcinoma, 1 Paget's carcinoma and 1 infiltrating medullary adenocarcinoma) . On the other hand, 7 benign breast tumors (6 adenofibromas and 1 cyst) showed no deposit of activity except for only 1 case which appeared to be a huge one (6.0×5.5×4.0 in centimeters) . From these results we can naturally assume that 201TlCl tends to readily accumulate to the malignant breast tumors and rarely to the benign ones. Thus it is useful to examine breast cancers by the isotopic method using 201TlCl as a radiopharmaceutical. |
