| Abstract | 「要旨」われわれはSolcocitran Kitを用いてクエン酸に標識して得た99mTc-citrateの基礎的検討を行った. また, 脳scanに応用したのでその使用結果について報告する. 99mTc-citrateの標識率, およびラットを用いて各臓器における消失率を99mTc-pertechnetate, 99mTc-DTPA, 99mTc-citrateについて測定し比較検討した. さらに, 99mTc-pertechnetate, と99mTc-citrateを用いてラットの全身オートラジオグラフィを作成し, 体内分布も検討した. 99mTc-pertechnetateと99mTc-citrateによる脳scanを行い, それぞれの画質について比較検討した結果, 99mTc-citrateの脳scan剤としての有用性を認めることができた. |

| Abstract | [Summary] We examined the 99mTc-citrate obtained by labeling citrate with 99mTc-pertechnetate using Solcocitran Kit. For our fundamental study - we measured the ratio of labeling by means of paper chromatography. By picking out each organs of each rats we also measured the velocity at which radiopharmaceuticals disappeared in each of their organs, and the distribution of radiopharmaceuticals in their organs. For our clinical study - we performed brain scanning on 47 patients. The following are the results ; Citrate was labelled as much as 99 - 95% into 99mTc-pertechnetate. The velocity of disappearance in each organ of the rats was quicker than in the case of 99mTcO4-. Accumulation in the choroid plexus and salivaly grand was not obserbed despite the fact that we did not use KClO4, and images of brain tumor were obtainable to a high degree. |
