| Abstract | 「はじめに」 In vitroの甲状腺機能検査法として1957年にHamolskyは, 初めて131I-triiodothyronine赤血球摂取率法を報告したが, この検査法は赤血球の洗滌操作および保存条件がむずかしく, しかもヘマトクリット値の補正, 血液のpHなどが測定値に影響を与え, 日常検査法としては適したものではなかった. 1958年にMitchellらは赤血球のかわりに顆粒状の陰イオン交換樹脂を用いて改良し, 更に彼らはAmberlite IRA 400を特殊な方法でポリウレタンのフォームに含ませレジン・スポンジを開発した. 現在, 131-T3レジン・スポンヂ摂取率(Triosorb test)による甲状腺機能検査は広く普及している. また, 最近このレジン・スポンヂのかわりにレジン・ストリップを用いたRes-O-Mat T3 Kitは, 一層の簡便な操作と常に標準血清との同時測定のために, 温度, 時間の影響を顧慮する必要の少ないことが利点といわれている. |

| Abstract | [Summary] The thyroid function tests with Res-O-Mat T3 Kit using 131I-triiodothyronine were performed for more than 600 sera. 1. Fundamental investigation 1) The distribution of activity in the incubation vials of Res-O-Mat T3 Kit is evaluated equally. 2) Res-O-Mat T3 Kit does not seem to need detailed correction for incubation time and temperature, if about 2 hours and about 25℃. 3) It seems to be not under the influence of the dipping time of resin strip. 4) It seems to be not influenced by the speed of "Rotator", if about 13 rotations per minute. 2. Clinical results 1) Res-O-Mat indices are 0.86〜1.13 for 181 cases with normal function; below 0.83 for 91 cases with hyperthyroidism and over 1.16 for 14 cases with hypothyroidism. 2) In contrast to 131I-T3 resin sponge uptake (Triosorb test), Res-O-Mat T3 Kit seems to be not influenced by incubation time and temperature, if about 2 hours and about 25℃, and further its operations are simple and serum samples are little. |
