| Abstract | 「I. 緒言」悪性腫瘍のRI診断で現在もっとも成功しているのは脳腫瘍であって, 且つシンチグラムで陽性像をえることのできる特長を持っている. 海外では旧くから広く用いられているが, わが国で初めて脳腫瘍のシンチグラムに成功し, まとまった報告を行なったのは教室の尾関が最初である. 脳スキャンに従来から試みられているRIは非常に多数にのぼるが, おもにもいられているのは131I-HAS, 74As, 72As, 64Cu, 203Hg-neohydrinであって, 最近195Hg-neohydrin (Sodee), 99mTc (Haper) などが用いられ始めた. このうち74As, 72As, 64Cuはpositronで特殊の装置を必要としわが国ではあまり用いられていない. 198Hg-neohydrinは203Hg-neohydrinの半減期の長さに失するのを補う意味で登場したものであり, 99mTcの半減期はきわめて短いが, 99Moからミルキングにより採取できるのでわが国でも使用されはじめつつある. |

| Abstract | [Summary] 75Se-selenite, in stead of 131I-HSA, was applied to brain scanning in 6 cases for a comparative study, and tentatively, the following findings were obtained. 1. Out of 4 cases of brain tumor, 3 cases showed positive images, but the remaining one proved to be false negative, Since the results of scanning by means of 131I-HSA were the same as this, it can be said that 75Se-selenite is also available for brain tumor scanning. The only one false negative case was a cystic tumor in the fourth ventricle, which is, in general, present in the region that can hardly be detected. 2. Both of 2 cases of non-tumor were negative. One case disclosed no tumor formation and the other was nothing but cerebral hemorrhage. 3. Scannings conducted repeatedly at intervals of 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours after administration revealed that the pattern of scintigrams is most favorable at the 24th hour after administration and that the localization of tumor tends to become more indistinct from the 48th hour onwards only in this regard, 75Se-selenite seems to differ from 131I-HSA. |
